The apartment consists of two floors. At the first level, where the entrance door is situated, you will find a luminous and spacious living-room with high ceiling. At the top of it opens up a mezzanine organized as a work area. On the same level you will also find a twin bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower. A big kitchen is also located here, right next to the living room, featuring many useful cooking tools. Next to the kitchen there is a closet with washing machine and dryer. Half way through the stairway to the second floor you will find a queen bedroom and adjacent private bathroom with shower.
At the top of the second floor there is king-size bedroom and adjacent private bathroom with shower.
This room also opens up trough huge door-windows on a terrace with views of Florence’s centre. The living-room is equipped with a home-cinema set-up, DVD player, a projector and satellite TV channels. Each room is also equipped with TV with a Netflix account included
