Welcome to our just remodelled one-bedroom apartment nestled in the heart of San Lorenzo district. This brand new space offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and historic charm, making it an ideal retreat for couples, families, or solo travellers. The apartment watches towards the back of the building, making it very quiet and pleasant.

Our apartment features a spacious kitchen, fully equipped, where you can prepare delicious Italian meals using fresh ingredients from the nearby Central Market. One bathroom with shower and all the essentials provided. A living room with sofa bed, perfect for accommodating additional guests, or just for relaxing watching TV. A comfortable queen bed awaits you in the spacious bedroom, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The apartment is at the third floor without elevator.
