A quiet and trendy studio apartment right by the coolest square in town. It develops on two levels, the first one with bathroom, living-room and kitchenette, while up the stairs the bedroom with plenty of space for your clothes and luggages.

THE SPACE

The apartment is at the third floor without elevator of an elegant building right by Santo Spirito Square. It opens up towards an inside a bright courtyard making it extremely quiet and pleasant. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with a Nespresso coffee machine and a boiler included.

GETTING AROUND (PARKING – BUS – AND SIMILAR)

The apartment is located within the limited traffic zone. On the same road Borgo Tegolaio there is a garage where it’s possible to leave your car. The walking distance from the central station of Santa Maria Novella is about one kilometer. Same as Piazza del Duomo. The Ponte Vecchio is just 500 meters away. Piazza Santa Croce is about 20 minutes away on foot.

THE DISTRICT

Discover the neighborhood di San Frediano, in the historic center of Florence.

The apartment is in San Frediano neighborhood, right by its heart Santo Spirito Square. Also famous as the Oltrarno, the other side of the river Arno, is the most characteristic area of the historical center. It remained quieter and more authentic compared to any other in Florence, full of bars and restaurants always with an alternative and peculiar touch. The neighborhood is also popular for the many art galleries and antic shops you will see all throughout it. The main spot of Oltrarno are the Palazzo Pitti with its beautiful Boboli garden. Also Cappella Brancacci with its renowned frescos by Piazza del Carmine, and the hills with Piazzale Michelangelo, Villa Bardini and Belvedere Fortress.
